Rippling Careers

To support Rippling’s rapid growth, I was tasked with creating a sub-brand for both current and prospective employees. Our goal was twofold: outline our history, culture, and engineering practices to candidates, and build a resource hub to encourage new applicants. Though cut from the same cloth as the Rippling Brand, the Employer Brand takes a slightly more playful and welcoming approach than our more enterprise-oriented parent identity.

Art Directing the Employer Brand

In addition to leading page design, I also concepted, art directed and illustrated the assets featured across the Careers site. I worked closely with Chicago-based RKS to direct the 3D assets, and illustrated the others myself to deliver a suite of images that embodies the playful spirit of the brand.

Introducing Interview Kits

To supplement the Careers site, I led a self-initiated project to up-level our interview kits. What was originally supposed to be a lightly styled one-pager dryly outlining the interview process turned into a more robust and informative interactive experience. If this is one of the first touchpoints a prospective candidate encounters, shouldn’t it pack a punch? In the end, these were well-received by both stakeholders and candidates, and led to the creation of multiple offshoots for different disciplines.
