I worked closely with the content team to develop a strategy and design system that prioritized discoverability for users and flexibility for publishers. The new platform is accessible and forward-thinking, helping further cement Rippling as an authority on all things HR, IT, and finance.

Supporting a treasure trove of new content

As Rippling's offerings began to expand beyond the traditional HR space, our goal was to ensure content verticals were clear and easy to navigate. We introduced a new taxonomy for article categorization as well as an improved search experience to direct users to relevant content as quickly as possible.

A flexible system, optimized for self-serve

We delivered a diverse library of modules and components that allowed for publishers to quickly build and post new articles. What used to be a cumbersome process that took up precious dev resources now took only minutes. This new system also made it easier to cross-promote content and boost conversion.
